Purpose and design
Three-phase offshore transformers are designed to supply control and lighting circuits on ships or in port docks. The standard design of the transformer provides fixing by means of angle brackets screwed to the core. The windings of transformers can feature additional voltage tap changers on the supply and load sides. As standard, offshore transformers can be supplied in and IP 23 enclosures. By agreement, we can supply the transformer in sealed IP 44 or IP 54 enclosure. The enclosure design is simple, allowing quick access to the terminals. Power cables enter the enclosure through cable glands.

Upon agreement, we can manufacture a non- standard device with the required technical parameters.
