Purpose and design
Converter transformers are designed for operation in power electronic systems. The windings of converter transformers are resistant to the effects of higher current harmonics. The core of this type of transformer operates at reduced induction, which reduces the losses caused by higher frequencies. We manufacture transformers for any power and voltage required. Converter transformers can be supplied in IP 23, IP 44 and IP 54 enclosures with power cable routing through cable glands.
